Director of Finance & Business Operations
Brit Morgan is responsible for the financial and operational management of Rebuild Yourself Cambodia. She ensures a solid financial foundation and efficient business operations that support high-quality care and sustainable growth.
Working closely with the management team, she develops and implements scalable financial systems, strengthens internal controls, and optimizes business operations. Her expertise contributes to a safe, professional, and high-quality recovery environment where participants can confidently work toward a new beginning.
